We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can make a return within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be new, never assembled and still in its original packaging.Unless otherwise directed, returns should be made directly to Forever Toys. Please email us for a return authorization number. We will not accept any return without prior authorization.
If a returned item is missing parts, documentation?or shows signs of use there will be a minimum of a 35% restocking fee applied. Cut out felt items can not be returned. If your original purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will still be responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you. If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable. You are responsible for making all shipping arrangements for items that you choose to return. Many large items will need to be returned to us in a new box as most boxes are not designed to be shipped multiple times.
For your protection, we recommend that you fully insure all returns and return them via a carrier that provides tracking information. All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of the returned items arriving at our warehouse.
A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges already incurred by ForeverToys.com. These charges apply even if the original order qualified for free shipping. If an invalid or undeliverable address is provided when the order is placed and the shipping company returns your package to us, it is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges already incurred by ForeverToys.com
